Currency trading works with the tips I’m going to share with you. This is an excellent opportunity for the average Joe to work from home, to compete and profit along side all the big players in this global market place.
- Peak vs. Off-Peak Hours: There are specific times that have more trading going on than others. During typical business hours 9-5, you will experience the largest volume of trading going on. During the late evening, you experience the off-peak hours when there isn’t much trading going on. For small traders, it is best to stick with the peak hours. The reason is very simple, when the volume is very high you can be sure that market forces are in control. If you look at the off peak hours, you’ll notice that there can be very erratic behavior. The reason is that a big bank can make a trade during these times and cause currencies to go in a completely different direction. You can be fairly confident that this won’t happen during peak time because there are too many people trading.
- You Trade Pairs: Remember that when you’re looking to make a trade, you’re not looking at individual currencies. Prices are not just values currencies have, but contrasts between currencies. You will see currencies compared like this: USD/EUR = 1.5000 The reason you need to think like this is because you’re going to start looking for profitable trades and you need to understand that there are a lot of different combinations that you can use to look at a currency. From one perspective there could be absolutely no buys, and in another a goldmine.
